FAQs


1. How long will my product take to reach?

Orders may take between 1-3 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. After which, the parcel may take up to 2-4 weeks before being delivered to our customers, subject on the custom clearance process of the various countries.

For US-based customers, the order will take typically 1-3 weeks to arrive.

For customers based in Asia/Australia, orders may arrive as early as 2 weeks.

For customers based in the Americas (Canada/Mexico), orders may take around 2-3 weeks for arrival.

For our Europe based customers, the order may take around 3-4 weeks.

More often than not, our customers receive their orders earlier than the guided time-frame.

 

2. Is it safe to put my credit card number into this mysterious website?

Of course. We don't store any of your credit card information (that's handled by our payment processor PayPal, the best in international business) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

3. How do I track my package? 

Once we have processed and ship out your order, we will avail a tracking number for your perusal. You can track your packages through our global logistics partner at comfysocks.aftership.com/

 

4. What is our privacy policy?

We will never share your information with any third party. Who is a third party? Well the first party is us, and the second party is you. So a third party is anyone other than us and you.

5. My order never arrived

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If it doesn't work, send us an email, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we'll help you out. Tracking information is available 5 - 10 days after processing.

6. My order arrived incomplete or damage.

Take a deep breath. Contemplate the transience of all things. In your mind's eye, envision the faces of everyone you love and everything you hold dear, and let them go.  Then send us an email. Tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we'll help you out.

7. I would like to return my order.

8. It's 2018 and somehow I screwed up the address form.

9. I have ordered multiple items, why do they arrive at different times?

We process orders on a just-in-time basis and based on inventory availability to ensure our customers receive their products as early as possible. Thus, if you have a multi-product order with us, often times some will arrive earlier than others - this is completely normal and is a by-product of our efficient supply chain process.
